You implement performant, reliable mobile features in close collaboration with the Product Designer. You care about quality (tests, accessibility, performance).

You design and operate low-latency voice services (WebSocket, signalling, rooms) with strong focus on security, observability and cost. You improve scalability and robustness of the platform.

3. Hiring process

1) Application

Send your CV/portfolio and a few lines about your background, motivation and availability. Indicate the targeted role and we’ll get back to you promptly.

2) Video interview (30–45 min)

A conversation to understand your experience, goals and the role context at BeOpen. We clarify mutual expectations, ways of working and possible next steps.

3) Short exercise

A short exercise will be sent after the interview on a case close to the role’s reality (1–2 hours max).

4) Team meeting

Discussion with one or two key people to confirm alignment (organisation, values, methods) and agree on the next steps (references, offer, start).
